Wood Turning and Wood working
Arn started putting together a shop in the basement late 2003. It's a slow process, and it seems nothing can be done until you have that next $300 tool. However, Arn is spending a lot of time behind the lathe and has enjoyed making all sorts of things. Even Nancy enjoys turning stuff. We now have 2 lathes, so we can turn together.
Juggling!
Arn has been juggling since high school. Nancy picked it up as a pre-requisite for hanging out with Arn's juggler friends (ha!). More about juggling on Arn's juggling site: http://home.cinci.rr.com/cincijuggler/. Also, look up the local Cincinnati juggling club: www.cincyclubclub.com.
Swing Dancing:
A few years ago we took an interest in swing dancing. Sometimes we attend the local SwingGallery club on Thursday nights.
Scuba Diving
We both have our PADI open water certification. Arn and friends spent a week in Bonaire, and we went scuba diving on our Honeymoon in Hawaii. Diving is a lot of fun. We don't know how often we'll actually do this, but it was worth the effort to get the certification. We recommend it for anyone curious to see what's down there.
